Terms of Service — aiLooking

1. Service
aiLooking is a web security reconnaissance platform. The service allows you to analyze web domains using passive and active reconnaissance techniques.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account and using the service, the user declares they have read, understood, and accepted these terms. Use of the service constitutes full acceptance.
3. Authorization declaration — ESSENTIAL CLAUSE
The user declares under their sole responsibility that they:
- Own the domain being submitted for analysis, OR
- Hold explicit, documented authorization from the domain owner to conduct the analysis.
aiLooking does not independently verify this declaration beyond the technical domain ownership verification required for active scans (Layer 2). Using the service on unauthorized domains is the user's sole responsibility and may constitute a criminal offense under Argentine law (Law 26.388 on Computer Crimes) and applicable legislation in the user's jurisdiction.
4. Prohibited use
The following uses of aiLooking are prohibited:
- Scanning domains without the owner's authorization
- Conducting activities that violate local or international laws
- Interfering with the availability of third-party services
- Reselling access to the service without authorization
5. Limitation of liability
aiLooking provides analysis results "as is", without warranties of completeness or accuracy. In no event shall aiLooking be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service or results obtained. aiLooking's maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the past 30 days.
6. Takedown policy
If you own a domain and believe it was scanned without authorization, contact us at info@ailooking.com.ar with the affected domain, approximate date, and proof of ownership. We will investigate and take appropriate action within 72 business hours.
7. Data and privacy
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Modifications
aiLooking may modify these terms with 15 days' notice by email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
