1. Data controller

2. Data we collect
- Email address (account identification)
- Password (hashed by Supabase — we never store plain text)
- Domains added by the user to their account
- Scan results for those domains
- Requester IP address for each scan (audit log)
- Payment data: processed exclusively by MercadoPago. aiLooking does not store card details or sensitive financial information.
3. Purpose
Data is used exclusively to:
- Provide the security analysis service
- Process payments
- Comply with legal obligations
- Resolve disputes regarding unauthorized use
4. Data sharing
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties, except infrastructure providers necessary to operate the service:
- Supabase (database, USA)
- MercadoPago (payment processing, Argentina)
- Vercel (frontend hosting, USA)
- Railway (scan processing, USA)
5. Retention
Data is retained while the account is active. Upon account deletion, data is removed within 30 days, except audit logs which are retained for 1 year due to legal obligations.
6. User rights
Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their data by writing to info@ailooking.com.ar. For users in the European Union, GDPR rights apply (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection).
7. Cookies
We use only session cookies necessary for the service to function. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
